Message	It is much more efficent across the board. Please stop spreading mis-information that it is no better then the GT28R below 24PSI, as that is simply not true. It is a obviously a much better turbo at everything other than spool up and on paper the spool up seems to be VERY close, I'm not convinced it is that much laggier on spool up either. If you say similar the GT28R offers similar to slightly better spool up, with less to offer on the midrange to top end, at a much more attractive price, that IS a true statement. But please stop saying it is a superior turbo below 23psi, as that is simply false.
